1. Prices

Prices for food products and delivery services are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, the price charged at the time of your order will be the final price.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled without penalty within 15 minutes of order confirmation. After this time, the order may already be being prepared and cannot be canceled.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products sold through our delivery service.

4. Warranty

We are committed to providing high-quality food products and reliable delivery services. If you receive defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can find a solution. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products after delivery.

11. Prohibition on the Sale of Alcohol to Minors Under 18

The sale of alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited. By confirming your purchase of alcohol, you declare that you are of legal age. The company reserves the right to request identification to verify your age at the time of delivery.
