1. Prices

Prices for food and delivery services are given in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, the price charged at the time of order will be the final price.

2. Conditions of Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 15 minutes after order confirmation. After this period, the order may already be in preparation and you will not be able to cancel it.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products sold through our delivery service.

4. Warranty

We are committed to providing high quality food products and reliable delivery services. In case you receive defective or wrong products, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery to find a solution. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of products after delivery.

5. Data Protection.

Users’ personal information is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We use encryption technologies to protect our customers’ sensitive information during online transmission.

6. Orders

Orders must be placed through our website. We accept online payments through secure methods. The invoice will be issued upon delivery. Applicable VAT is included in the prices shown.

7. Delivery

We make deliveries to certain geographical areas specified on our website. Delivery times may vary by area and availability. We will make every effort to meet the stated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee it 100%.

8. Responsibilities

We are committed to delivering products in top condition. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents during transportation or adverse weather conditions. If any products are damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

9. Return

We do not accept returns of food products unless they are defective or incorrect. In case you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general conditions are governed by Swiss law. In case of disputes, the place of jurisdiction will be that of our registered office

11. Prohibition on the sale of Alcohol to those under the age of 18.

The sale of alcohol to those under the age of 18 is prohibited. By confirming the purchase of alcohol, you are stating that you are of legal age. The company reserves the right to ask for ID to verify age at the time of delivery.
